How to get help for your mental health.

Over a decade ago, I embarked on the 760km Camino de Santiago pilgrimage route solo. At 24, I was unfit and unprepared to navigate knee-deep snow and sideways rain at the winter's end. Despite significant challenges, it became a life-changing experience.

What stood out during the Camino - and subsequent hikes - were the enriching conversations with fellow pilgrims that seemed to flow effortlessly. Walking and talking seemed to unlock a flow of creative ideas and insights.

Inspired by my deep love of walking, I'm excited to introduce a new service: walk + talk coaching sessions.

These sessions are available for clients in the Port Macquarie or Macleay Valley regions. We can walk along the beach, a bush trail, or through town—whatever speaks to you.

Lasting 40 minutes to 1.5 hours, these coaching sessions will mirror my traditional NLP-based coaching, enhanced by the therapeutic benefits of nature and movement.

Another option, if you don’t live in this region is to pop your earbuds in and hit your favourite trail while we talk!

During our walk + talk sessions, nature becomes a healing facilitator, fostering an effortless flow in communication.

Before booking, consider:

  • These sessions are to help you talk through and reframe issues. My primary focus will be to provide a listening ear and sounding board for you to access your unconscious thoughts

  • Weather conditions: With the right attire, walking + talking is effective in various weather conditions. If you prefer a traditional session in case of rain, let me know

  • Recording: While walking + talking, I can record our conversation on my phone (with your permission), allowing me to create a plan and be fully present for you
